PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR WASTE AREA AS A DUMP! Owners who have tenants, PLEASE INFORM THEM!
Attached are photos of from Friday, August 21, 2026 of the Westlake Condominiums waste area. It is absolutely in an unacceptable condition. Our waste area is NOT A DUMP. Everything that is around the area should be taken to the Dump, not the WLC Waste Area. The Waste service companies do not offer bulk trash removal to commercial properties.
If and when we have to hire someone to clean up the area and take it to the dump, it increases the HOA expenses, which are already in a delicate state.
If this continues, we will have to increase the budget for waste management, which will lead to an increase in the Monthly Assessment, which we are trying to avoid.
OWNERS, PLEASE FOLLOW WLC HOA AMENITIES GUIDELINES, AND INFORM ALL TENANTS!
